The company was put into commercial production on 4th January, 2008 with the installed capacity of 14,280 spindles and 600 rotors. The founder Sponsors sold the factory to existing Shareholders on 4th August 2008. The new management has changed most of the old machinery and added new branded machinery for Balancing, Modernization, Rehabilitation and Expansion (BMRE) of the project except opening Machinery (Rotor). The new management has added Land and Buildings also for installation of new machinery.
